Office Chair Maintenance Contracts for London Offices
Chairs fail on a schedule. A maintenance contract simply gets there first.
Everything on this site says the same thing: same-age fleets wear on a predictable clock. A contract turns that from a problem into a plan, a scheduled visit each quarter or half-year that catches failing lifts, loosening mechanisms and worn castors while they're one part, before they're a complaint, a DSE finding, or a replacement quote.
What's included
- Scheduled visits, office hours or out of hours, at agreed intervals
- Every chair checked against the 10-point audit standard
- Minor fixes done on the spot; parts-required repairs quoted fixed, per chair
- A per-visit fleet report (repaired / on-watch / end-of-life) for FM records and budgeting
- Priority call-out between visits
Questions we get asked
How is a contract priced?
Per visit, based on fleet size, a fixed figure agreed up front, with parts-required repairs quoted separately and fixed before they're done.
What's the minimum fleet size?
Contracts make sense from around 20 chairs; below that, an annual one-off audit usually serves better, we'll tell you which fits.
