Almost every Aeron or Mirra 'failure' comes down to a handful of wear parts. Gas lifts lose pressure, castors clog, armpads crack at the edges, while the chair around them is good for another decade. The furniture industry would rather sell you a new chair. We'd rather sell you the part that fixes yours: the same parts we fit on repair visits across London every week, so you get the right one first time.
Classic or Remastered? 30-second check
Look at the label on the underside of the seat. It shows the manufacture date: chairs made from 2017 onwards are the Remastered Aeron; anything earlier is the Classic. The label also shows the size (A, B or C) stamped near the barcode. Still not sure? Send us a photo of the label and we'll tell you exactly which parts fit.

Which size do I need?
- Size A (Small)
- 4'10"–5'4" (147–163 cm). For petite users.
- Size B (Medium)
- 5'2"–6'0" (157–183 cm). The most common size and the right choice for most people.
- Size C (Large)
- 5'10"–6'6" (178–198 cm). For taller or broader users.
Between 5'2" and 5'4"? Choose Size B. Herman Miller recommends Size B for anyone in the overlap.
Between 5'10" and 6'0"? Choose Size B. Herman Miller recommends Size B for anyone in the overlap.
Replacing or matching an existing Aeron? The label under the seat shows its size (A, B or C).
