Herman Miller Aeron Armpads
Armpads crack, flake and go sticky long before the rest of the chair wears out, and a new pair costs a fraction of a new chair.
Classic or Remastered? Check this first.
Tip the chair and look at the label under the seat, which shows the manufacture date. Chairs made from 2017 onwards are the Remastered Aeron, and anything earlier is the Classic. The armpads are not interchangeable between the two.

Aeron Armpads, Classic (Pair)
Fits: Aeron Classic (made before 2017), sizes A/B/C
Replaces cracked, flaking armpads, a like-new feel under your arms.

Aeron Armpads, Remastered (Pair)
Fits: Aeron Remastered (2017 onwards), sizes A/B/C
Replaces worn or split armpads on the current-generation Aeron.

Armpads screw on in about five minutes with a Phillips screwdriver.
